Please also note these A/V guidelines:

  • To ensure compatibility, bring your own laptop and all cables as well as a disk or thumb drive.
  • Overhead projectors cannot be provided by MPMA.
  • Special audio and other special equipment cannot be provided by MPMA.
  • If you are using a Mac computer for your PowerPoint presentation, please be sure to bring all necessary cables and possible a disk or thumb drive as well.

    • Would you like MPMA to hold its conference in your state? It's a great way to showcase the museums in your area. Contact us at info@mpma.net. RFP proposals are available to present to your local chamber or convention and visitors bureau for consideration.
