MPMA’s annual conference features silent and live auctions with
100% of the proceeds funding MPMA’s scholarship programs.
Why contribute an item to the auctions:
Your auction item will help MPMA raise money for its Scholarship program.
Your auction item will feature your museum, your business and/or your area of expertise.
Items contributed by exhibitors may either be placed on the auction table, or may be
displayed in their booth (they can display a photo of the item at the
auction table).
Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law – receipts provided.

Art or craft items
Jewelry
Business products and services
Wines
Books
Registration for the 2011 MPMA Conference (can be purchased from MPMA for $170.00)
How to get items to the conference:
Items may be brought or sent directly to the conference location.
Items sent to MPMA's office will not be brought to the conference.

Donor Form:
Please fill out a donor form and include it with your auction item. That form will identify the item as yours and the value that you give it. Otherwise, we won't know who donated the item or what its value is. Download form
