Established in 1953, the Mountain-Plains Museums Association (MPMA) is a regional museum association that provides professional services to ten states: Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wyoming.
