Exhibitor Opportunities

The Exhibit Hall will be located in Hall C at the Bismarck Convention Center.  We invite exhibitors to set up on Sunday, October 6 between 12:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m.

The Exhibit Hall will be open to MPMA Conference attendees on Monday, October 7 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. and Tuesday, October 8 from 7:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.

We provide breaks, snacks, and feature presentations in the exhibit hall as a way to encourage attendees to spend time socializing and engaging with your work.  Special R.E.A.L. Stage events and seating will be set in that space to provide an inviting place to convene.

Booths include electricity, internet, a six-foot table, two chairs, a table cloth, and trash can.

Exhibitors receive two complimentary registrations, additional registrants are $50 each, Ticketed events bear additional charges for which registration will be available online.

• Special needs

Exhibitors are required to initiate or renew their MPMA membership. Learn more about MPMA membership here.
