Organizational Leadership: Support and develop staff; strengthen board alignment

Programming Oversight: Ensure exhibitions and programs reflect the highest artistic quality and community relevance

Operations & Finance: Oversee budget, revenue strategy, and facility planning

    Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in a nonprofit or comparable organization

Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor engagement

Experience with financial management, operations, and organizational leadership

Experience leading and developing staff and organizational culture

          Strong communication and public-facing skills

Experience building community partnerships and external relationships

Experience with capital campaigns, facility planning, or major growth initiatives preferred

Background in arts, culture, or creative organizations preferred
